Terms and conditions.

1. Who we are

These terms apply to every use of InburgeringPass and every purchase on inburgeringpass.nl. The service is provided by Mixd Media LTD, trading as InburgeringPass, 63-66 Hatton Garden, Fifth floor, suite 23, London EC1N 8LE, United Kingdom. Company number (Companies House): 15216145. 2. The service

InburgeringPass is an online practice platform for the Dutch inburgering exam at A2 and B1 level. It covers Speaking, Writing, Reading, Listening and KNM, with explanations, mock exams and AI feedback.

InburgeringPass is independent. We are not affiliated with DUO, the IND or the Dutch government. Our questions are written by us and are not official exam questions.

3. Account

You need an account to buy access. Give a correct email address and keep your password private. An account is personal: one account per learner. Sharing an account is not allowed.

4. Price and payment

Full access costs €24 including VAT, paid once. You pay with iDEAL or card through our payment provider Stripe.

Full access runs for 90 days from the moment of payment. There is no subscription: nothing is charged automatically and access ends by itself. If you buy again while your access is still running, the extra 90 days are added to the end.

5. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer in the EU you normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. For digital content that starts right away, this right ends once you agree to immediate access and confirm you know you lose the right of withdrawal. By completing payment you ask us to give you access straight away.

Not happy anyway? Email info@inburgeringpass.nl within 14 days of payment. If you have hardly used the platform, we will refund you without difficult questions.

6. No guarantee of passing

We do our best to make practice realistic and helpful, but we cannot guarantee that you will pass your exam. Your result depends on your own preparation and on the official exam.

Scores, readiness indicators and AI feedback are practice estimates only. They are not official DUO results or norms. Always check the official rules, fees and deadlines on duo.nl and inburgeren.nl.

7. Fair use

You may use the materials for your own preparation. You may not copy, sell or publish our questions, audio, images or texts, try to break the platform's security, or use automated tools to collect content.

8. Availability

We aim to keep InburgeringPass available at all times, but there may be short interruptions for maintenance or technical problems. If a long outage stops you from practising, contact us and we will find a fair solution, such as extra days.

9. Liability

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us. We are not liable for indirect damage, such as exam fees or the consequences of an exam result. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under mandatory law.

10. Complaints

Complaints can be sent to info@inburgeringpass.nl or via WhatsApp (+31 6 19103393). We reply within 2 working days and aim to solve it within 14 days.

11. Changes and applicable law

We may change these terms. The version that applied when you paid stays valid for that purchase.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your own country and can go to a court there.
